Justin Scott has spent 26 years in education doing the two things he loves most: coaching leaders and building schools. As a Latino, first-generation college graduate and heritage Spanish speaker, Justin founded the first dual-language elementary school in the KIPP national network.

He led that school for six years before moving into regional and system-level leadership as School Leader Manager, CAO, CSO, and ultimately Superintendent, overseeing the growth and results of 12 schools, PK–12, and nearly 6,000 students.

Justin now runs La Colmena Leadership Partners, an executive coaching and consulting practice working with school leaders, networks, and districts. He holds an M.Ed. from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Aurora, Colorado with his family.
