About Us

Meet the Founder

Melissa Gall has over 25 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, principal, and systems leader. She is the Founder and CEO of Gall Group, a coaching and consulting firm that partners with leaders and organizations nationwide to build leadership capacity, strengthen talent practices, and turn ambitious visions into reality.

Melissa brings deep expertise in leadership development, designing, leading, and supporting cohort-based programs for leaders at every level, from assistant principals to superintendents. Her work spans districts and charter networks across the country, with a focus on helping organizations build the systems and cultures where every person can grow and thrive.

Previously, Melissa served at the KIPP Foundation, where she played a central role as the network grew from 40,000 to more than 175,000 students. She led strategies to support the network's smallest regions, built scalable in-region leadership development models, designed and facilitated cohort programs, including one for principal managers, and launched principal-in-residence programs.

At heart, Melissa is a teacher and a coach. Whether facilitating professional development, guiding strategic planning, or working one-on-one with a leader, she is committed to developing both the skills and mindsets leaders need to sustain and thrive in the work over time.
