Judy Tang Nguyen is the co-founder and CEO of Legit Leader™, an organization that leverages AI to design equity-centered tools and coaching experiences that help leaders grow with courage, clarity, and purpose. Judy is also a senior adviser at Bellwether, supporting leaders in designing and improving school models and developing strategic plans for greater impact.

She began her career in education as a TFA corps member, teaching in her hometown of East San Jose. She later became a dean, principal, principal manager, and deputy chief of schools at KIPP NorCal. Judy is passionate about coaching and developing leaders to create and sustain healthy ecosystems for excellent and equitable schools to flourish.

Judy graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in psychology and social welfare and earned a master's in school administration for social justice at Loyola Marymount University.
