Jessica Donnelly loves project management, conference planning, operations, and logistics — and she brings all of it to her behind-the-scenes work supporting the Gall Group.

Jessica started her career as a Teach For America corps member in the School District of Philadelphia. Upon leaving the classroom, she joined Scholar Academies — a charter network with schools in Philly, DC, Trenton, and Memphis — where she discovered her passion for the work.

She then joined the KIPP Foundation, where she could focus solely on that passion at a much larger scale — planning all breakout programming at KIPP School Summit and leading a variety of KIPP events and cohorts including KSLP Summer Institute, the Fisher Fellowship, KIPP Leadership Design Fellowship, School and Regional Leader Retreat, and All Staff Convenings.

Jessica lives in Philadelphia with her husband, 6-year-old, and bad dog, Charlie. She's developed a rabid fandom of the Eagles, loves perfecting new crafts (currently deep in crochet), and is always dreaming of her next trip to Down East Maine, where she can spend time in the woods and go on hikes with her family.
