Lauren Cutuli
Lauren Cutuli is a strategist, consultant, and organizational partner who helps mission-driven organizations turn complex challenges into clear strategy, strong systems, and meaningful action. She works with leaders and teams across education, human rights, workforce development, community engagement, and social impact to strengthen how organizations think, communicate, and operate.
For more than a decade, Lauren has partnered with organizations to clarify purpose, develop strategy, improve systems, and communicate with confidence. Her work has included initiatives focused on education, AI and education policy, and human trafficking prevention. She brings a collaborative, curious approach to each engagement, helping leaders ask better questions, make sense of complexity, and build solutions grounded in both data and lived experience.
Before consulting, Lauren held management and operations roles across startup and nonprofit organizations, working alongside educators, researchers, and social entrepreneurs. She studied journalism at Loyola University New Orleans, where she developed a deep interest in asking questions, uncovering what lies beneath the surface, and telling stories that help people understand why something matters.
